About the Catalina Gold Star Dive Register to Participate in the Event |
Now celebrating the 12th Annual Gold Star Dive.
~ JULY 18th, 2009 ~ Search for Gold Stars in the Casino Point Underwater Park on Catalina Island. Win prizes, get a Commemorative T-Shirt and solid Chocolate Star, have fun diving with other fun-loving divers. All this and support a great cause - the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department S.T.A.R. Program and the Catalina Hyperbaric Chamber. In addition to the Gold Star Dive, a bone marrow screening drive will be held during the dive event. The drive is sponsored by the Be the Match / National Marrow Donor Program.
